I love the tjanting process. I think it takes a lot of passion and patience. That’s why I love to share it with people – it’s part of me and it’s therapy to me to as I connect with the tool and focus on what I’m doing. I really feel calm. And that’s particularly important now with everything we’re going through. As a mom of three, I really value some me time and the batik process allows me to reconnect with myself and connect with others as I teach whether that’s in person or virtually. It’s what I love to do.
